Yeah I am old enough to remember it being just a launcher (ala Ubisoft or EA games) for Half life 2 and a way to counter-strike with no mods. Grove Street did such a piss poor job on first releases, quality wise, that you have to question whether they even did any QA. I can understand a bug that is a corner or even edge case, but literally even some of the cutscenes for main plot missions would not even render correctly at launch. Iirc it was later determined Grove street ran the games thru an ai upscaler that broke everything and they just said ship. Their logos were more prominent than usual, and they literally showed the least amount of work out of any of the dev teams, I am honestly outraged that they are upset. It sounds like the 475 recovered are separate from hundreds more damaged beyond recovery. In any event allegedly 4 of these box explosives have been linked, the mandatory minimum for explosives during 4 Federal felonies would result in a 70 year consecutive sentence (so has to be in addition to whatever happens for the electronic interference).
