When have we seen anyone else do something like this?

How long is the education secretary gonna be there if we’re getting rid of the department of education?
Ah, I see. I’ll rename it to “the dark side of male beauty standards”.
What’s clickbaity about the title?
IDK man, I’ve never been a fan of cancel culture. Should someone standing up for the political beliefs mean they should have no career because people stop supporting them? I don’t think so.
That said…yeah I’ll do more to support people outside of mainstream Hollywood while I can (for example, I collect physical media, and I’ll buy it firsthand from people I REALLY wanna support like the folks behind The Chosen, while for most people I’ll just buy their stuff secondhand from eBay).
most of them are regime whores so I don’t cry.
I’m not ideological like that. If actors I watch had to uphold my values I’d be stuck with mediocre and bad Christian films and shows, and I love art too much to do that to myself.
I’m always a “support the creators” dude. But what happens when the media disappears? Or if you’re not allowed to own it, which is the primary way creators get paid? (Sure you can subscribe to Netflix or whatever but that will contribute to all of the $18 in the showrunners’ royalty checks every year.) I generally don’t support piracy, but the current landscape makes it hard for me to condemn it anymore in the majority of cases.
Nope, the judge wasn’t told how the auction was being conducted and was upset when he heard about it. He’s halted the sale and for now Alex Jones has access to the Infowars studios again.
Me either. All bidders and bids have been kept private though except for Roger Stone’s.
Abandonment is neglect.
Almost all of them are. The Kendrick Brothers’ movies used to be at least a lil interesting but once they got bought by Sony those movies got boring too.
I think Angel Studios is the only company making interesting Christian movies. Although I must say Nefarious was surprisingly good for a Christian film.
“Faith-based” is Hollywood-speak for “this movie has a religious protagonist and pro-religion themes”. The producers and organizations behind these types of movies usually parents Christians. A recent example of this type of movie is American Underdog.
These movies are different than “Christian films”, which are created by Christian companies and usually have casts and crew that are almost entirely Christian. Something like The Forge would fit in this category.

Okay so maybe ten. But I still have more original films I plan on watching this year so I’ll get to at least 12 by the end of the year.
People are making great original movies all the time but few people are paying attention. I’ve seen probably at least a dozen great original movies in theaters in this year alone.
Sure.
Fair, but the parent still neglected the child.
I’m shocked they didn’t do this.
