Summary

Trump won Dearborn and made significant gains in Hamtramck due to anger among Arab American and Muslim communities over deaths in Gaza, Lebanon, and Yemen.

Trump received 42.48% of the vote in Dearborn and 42.7% in Hamtramck, compared to 36.26% and 46.2% for Vice President Kamala Harris, respectively.

Despite Trump’s victory in Dearborn, the Republican nominee for U.S. Senator lost to the Democratic nominee.

Blaming Harris for that is just idiotic and I don’t believe you arguing in good faith when you say this shit.

I mean believe whatever you want then I guess. If you can’t believe that her promise to build a border wall didn’t sit well with democrat voters, that’s on you.

And what do you think Trump is going to do? Enjoy your concentration camps & fascism while the world freefalls into a climate collapse.

I literally never said anything that implies I’m happy about Trump’s election why do you insist that I’m secretly a Trumper? Is it that hard to believe that someone can criticize Harris without being a Trump supporter?

Because it’s a two party system there. You either get Trump, or you get Harris. So running around and arguing that potential Harris voters didn’t vote for her because she (according to you) may does very lightweight variants of what Trump would do 500x times worse, is just bullshit. You don’t like Harris supporting Israel, so you vote for Trump? What do you think Trump will do? The guy asked if they can’t just nuke the entire middle east. So if you don’t want Trump, you would’ve had to vote for Harris. Anything else would be in support of Trump. That’s how it works in the US.

I mean yes, and enough people didn’t know that or, more likely, just didn’t care. Voters’ default state is staying at home; they need to be pushed to go to the polls. Harris failed at that. Whatever the reasons may be, I still don’t understand why you’re blaming me for it. I’m not even American what do you expect me to do here?

No matter whose fault it was, it was Harris and her campaign managers’ job to make sure this doesn’t happen. Blaming the voters is about as productive as yelling about your controller being broken. Or will it sound better if it’s Bernie saying it?

It’s the voters responsibility to vote and to make an informed decision. Or to formulate it differently: You get what you vote for. And your analogy makes no sense either, unless you’re saying voters are controlled little drones that can’t do anything without user input.
