  • If you say you support a ceasefire, but you refuse to stop sending weapons to Israel, then you don’t actually support a ceasefire, and the only rational conclusion is that you actually support the genocide. The difference between the Harris and Trump stances are that one of them lies about their motivations.

If there are “two choices”, both of which support genocide, then there is actually only one choice. I did not opt out of any decision. I registered a vote of no confidence.

Just stop trying to paint the dems as “unwilling to take a strong stance against it” when they were absolutely “actively encouraging it”. What is with this liberal disease of totally ignoring actions while obsessing over words?

You think I’ve opted out of a decision, but I think you’ve opted in to accepting genocide. How can you accept such a thing? The absolute minimum you should demand of your party is that they oppose genocide. Otherwise, what is the fucking point?

You have to keep the focus on China otherwise you have to face the indefensible American support of genocide. You ask me to seek influence over my own government who already rattles the saber at China, yet I can’t even influence their very direct funding of Israel’s genocide! Tell me how you imagine that would be done? Tell me how I might apply pressure on China in 1/1000 the amount I might apply on my own government.

  • They cannot and they will not. Please do not fall for them yanking the football away from you again. AOC and Bernie exist to give you hope and thereby capture your vote for a party that has no intention of ever fighting for the working class in a meaningful way. We need a real alternative but we’ve given away so much of our collective power (unions) that it’s hard to see a hopeful path forward. Organize with your neighbors and start building trusted communities that will fight together when needed.
