The amount of artists and creatives I follow on Bluesky aren’t vapid trash media.

Oh my god! That’s terrible! 20 million people!?
What have they ever done to Bluesky!? Why would Bluesky go out of its way to hit so many people!?
Aren’t those a war crime? ^^;
Hah! So I’m not the only one!
Oh! We’re reviving “warez”? Nice!
Yeah, even if the rumours are true, I’d consider Ryujinx as good as dead.
Yinase Is Not A Switch Emulator.
Well… Ryujinx didn’t do any of that (as far as I’m aware) and they still got lynched.
Awesome! I really like Yuzu.
Not really.
Really? You wouldn’t blame the millions of people that explicitly voted for a convicted, fascist criminal?
If Americans had any sense the race would’ve been between Stein and Harris, not between Harris and someone who shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near a presidency.
When a CEO says this they’re likely looking forward to buying a bigger wallet.
Do you have family in Iran? Cousins? Uncles? Anything?
Absolutely nothing happened in Iran. The morality police was given some practice in beating up teenagers and young adults for a couple of months, but the protests went exactly nowhere.
The problem is pretending like the comic represents a real problem.
Um, yes. This might happen a lot less if these issues that need to be talked about aren’t all blamed on guys. But still yes; we constantly hear about women’s problems in various media all the time, while men are usually stuck having to use some comment section to talk about their problem.
“How dare you complain about the (terrible tasting) food!? Don’t you know there are children starving in Africa?”
Or…
“Don’t waste water! There are people in Africa that go without water!”
Or similar such nonsense, but as a ridiculous comic.
Me with Bionicle: The Game.
Except on Bluesky you create your own algorithm. You’re not rage-baited by an algorithm that exists to “maximise engagement”, and although spam bots exist on Bluesky, they have virtually no reach.
