The problem is that most people are lazy. They don’t download an alternate App Store, because of security reasons, and, with all the “improvements to security” it’s getting harder to download one in the first place.

I support this.
My gaming PC is not suitable for Windows11. I don’t play much, but I do play.
I switch to Pop!_OS in June, did not like it that much but it got the job done.
I’ve been using SteamOS on this machine since mid September and honestly I don’t ever want to go back.
You can not win against Nintendo.
Kids don’t want it because of the games and adults don’t want it because there’s better alternatives.
This makes you no different to a gold hoarding dragon.

Clickbait. Dude bought a $5 used game disc and couldn’t play it because the PS5 Pro doesn’t have a disc drive.
I’ve just read it quick.
This brings so many new things that this could have been a standalone game, but they decided to make it a DLC. Now everyone is upset that it’s an expensive DLC.
It’s like a $60 Mario Kart shipping with 16 race tracks and then they sell 16 new race tracks for $30 instead of releasing a new game on the same console with only the new courses.
it keeps people like my parents from getting malware easily
That’s literally the only reason I got them Apple products.
It’s a hassle. You need to open it using… option? Command? Control? I honestly don’t know and instantly forget… And then MANUALLY go into SystemSettings - security, scroll all the way to the bottom, click where it says “this file is not secure”, click to run it anyway and accept it with your Password/Finger/Face…
So… like they said with the switch “this will not kill the 3DS”
And it did kill the 3DS
But… but… It deserves a full remake like the one FF7 got =( I want to really feel the opera
I’ve bought a kickstarter gamecube controller that’s supposed to be shipped by February. It’s basically a modern GameCube controller, usb-C, wireless, cables to put it directly into GCN/N64… the price is a little hefty but for a good controller (that hopefully lasts longer than my ps5 stick…) I’m willing to pay that.
Here’s the link for anyone interested, but I think you can’t get any more: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/nicemitch/gc-ultimate-controller-kit/
Sooo…. Just Like in the PSX Original at this point in the story?
Maybe something closer to a
Landl iNePad
It’s still in the top 20 most sold games last month - ever since it released. It‘s almost as if it is a good game.
don‘t use it is waaay easier said then done. It’s not the first time you’ll need it, not the second time, but there will be this one passage in the game, could even be the final boss on your first try, where there happens to be a mechanic at phase 6 you don’t quite survive. The game then loads in before the first phase of the boss. And because the boss was hard to get there, you rewind for the first time. Then you get hit, and you rewind again.
The first one is hard to use, but it gets easier.
And easier…
And easier…
Long story short:
Nintendo sold about 4-5x the amount of Kirby, Pikmin, Metroid and Xenoblade games on Switch than they did on WiiU and 3DS combined.
Input of a Xeno-series fan: duh. WiiU didn’t sell well and despite Xenoblade Chronicles X (pronounced cross, same name as the main character) being good, it was no system seller. And Xenoblade Chronicles 3D didn’t sell well either, being one of only 11 New3DS games.
Edit: the Kirby games on the 3DS were great! With Planet Robobot one of the best Kirby games ever.
After 22 years and having finally played Kingdom Hearts, I can say that it feels like faster, less technical version of that.
In FF7 you just mash square (was it square?) against bosses and doge mid-attack, the ATB fills up while waiting and guarding, while in KH you have to wait for openings because the boss throws like 5 combos at you and gives you enough time to hit it with 4 hits and magic, which only fills up after being completely drained.
Edit: (Probably biased opinion because I finished all 13 Kingdom Hearts games for the first time over the past 8 weeks)
