This post was specifically just talking about the wii though. It had nothing to do with talking about the n64 or GameCube. And in doing so was never about “skipping” them, they were not the topic of conversation
An almost 30 Software Dev that enjoys gaming, woodworking, electronics and plenty of other hobbies. Too many hobbies.

Romulus is not a prequel though
Pearl harbour wasn’t the start of ww2 by the way so for the comparison ww3 would have had to have already started with the Ukraine war being the reason why some more players get involved.
Why does the idea of a Wii classic inherently deny the possibility of an n64 and GameCube classic?
Also in my opinion I don’t think any other classics are happening, think Nintendo are all in on NSO for their old games now
It feels like they’ve been getting devs to go through these games (including the first) to get used to how a half life game should be so they can hit the ground running when making the next one.
That’s grim
I remember seeing the original trailers for that and thought it looked really cool. Never got a chance to play they. Never been into this form of battle royale so I’ve never played Fortnite longer than a single match at a time for maybe 4 go’s max across the years. It’s never clicked.
I care about both. I would prefer more games like astro though. I’ve been playing through the spyro remake lately purely because I want more of that kind of fun that we seemed to have lost in the transition between the ps2 and ps3. I miss when games were mostly just about fun, we need that back in spades.
Yeah the “virtual wii” mode is just running on what is a slightly better wii chipset. It can even run triforce arcade games because of that slightly better power. So it can run anything the wii can, which includes GameCube.
It doesn’t emulate wii and GameCube games it runs them natively
I’m pretty certain these patents are actually relatively new, keep that in mind too
I live in the UK. I’m already watched by cctv in public almost at all times, I’m not bothered by people seeing what I do.
Once this starts affecting me is lonely what will push me to other Crowder’s I’ve never felt the need to leave chrome. I have a lot of Google related services and products so it would be hypocritical of me to draw an arbitrary line at browsers but not the rest, because personally i don’t care about tracking and whatnot cause it’s mostly just to serve targeted ads and I don’t see them for the most part so I don’t care, gimme all your cookies. But if I stay seeing ads again more prominently and there’s no workaround, then I’m out. Moving on.
Yeah i think that’s why i don’t go back to Minecraft either. Since when i payed regularly i remember new updates breaking world gen so you got these ugly walls when exploring new areas. I’m certain that doesn’t happen any more but it also makes me not want to explore because when new places are added I’ll have to explore even further if i explore a lot initially. So now I just don’t bother.
Yeah, stardew will be remembered as a great game irregardless of its updates. Even if it was left at the release update people would still think of it the same way in my opinion. Look at how many people before stardew still went back and played early harvest moons to play them yearly.
In fact for me. I’ve not played it in a long time I think purely because I’d rather start a new game with all of the new content. But new content keeps coming out so I wait.
I’m equating the fact that I could more consistently distance myself from smokers. I can’t do that with vapers. When getting into a gig it was relatively rare to end up next to a snooker that just didn’t care anyway. Nowadays though you can’t get away from vapers who vape way more often than they would’ve done with smoking.
It’s worse because smoking had started to be relegated to designated areas. Non smokers could much more easily avoid smokers. But vaping is so easy to do that you can no longer avoid them. You go to a gathering of any kind and you’re guaranteed to have at least one arsehole not respecting other peoples decisions to not smoke/vape
I don’t want any sort of chemical in my lungs, I should be able to choose what to inhale not the selfish arsehole stood in front of me. I or others should not be affected by other people’s bad decisions.
vaping was much worse because people blatantly use them indoors and wherever else they shouldn’t. And due to them not needing to light up they just constantly puff on them between every three breaths. It’s fucking awful being in a queue or walking behind someone vaping.
Maybe a breadstick too?
