I just started a job getting paid monthly. The thing is, my first check at the beginning of this month was only for about a week and a half so I got no 🦍🛋️ this time around.

How is Trump being trolled by this?
The classic “I just want a normal body” and the normal body they’re talking about is one on TV that takes a full time job to maintain.
It’s always funny when these dense contrarians completely bowl over the point of the person they replied to and respond to a non-sequitur showing that they’re uninterested in anything resembling a conversation.
The onion was overshadowed because it stuck to an old media style and had a clunky adaptation to the internet. They’ve got good content now with things like Click Hole and some YouTube content but it was many many years of trying to be an online newspaper and nothing else. The saving grace of The Onion and why it’s able to come back as strong as it has been is that it’s the holy grail for comedy writers so it still gets the best writers in the business.
DnD somehow tries to sell itself as a combat simulator. And yeah, it’s combat system is more fleshed out than many other roleplaying systems, but at the end of the day a lot of the combat interactions are down to the DM to decide so it ends up being a normal roleplaying game with the occasional stumble into a waste-deep muck or rule interactions for what ended up being almost no reason.
My cat would sweetly give me a nice hug with his claws and mouth.
Maybe it’s saying instead of eating yogurt just slam 1.5 lbs of tomato sauce instead?
This will only be good if they take the premise and completely mess with it. Or if it’s a completely different genre from the first season that follows up on some of the threads the first season left.
The first season was a strong, tight story whose whole plot served an argument that was completed at the end of the season.
I guess all I’m saying is I hope it’s not a cash grab.
It’s so sad that I will never celebrate Halloween again in my lifetime 😞
I guess technically that’s multi-million…
It’s probably the game that has the most disaffected centrists playing it.
What’s great is that if I’ve learned anything from these chronically online streamers/grifters is that Pool will never give up the ghost and we’ll get more and more desperate and hilarious content by him as he spirals.
But it’s a million across all states, and statistically most of that million are in NY and CA, especially because that’s where younger people who are more likely to know about a show like this live.
Unfortunately, these shows aren’t why it’s a coin flip. The tim cast channel has just over 1 million subscribers and the recent episodes struggle to crack 100k on the best days.
The reason the election is a coinflip is cause there’s swathes of the US that are barely connected to any form of media except fox news and spend their days in ultra-conservative ultra-religious echo chambers.
Don’t get me wrong, the foreign and domestic shadowy investment money is working, just not the portion that was allocated to propping up the tim cast.
I mean the silver lining / horrifying truth is that they aren’t able to support their show with the audience they have. The movement to prop them up is losing money on it and is not effective.
Yes, but the first person who invented the hammer would absolutely deserve a carpentry prize if they built a new type of chair with the hammer as proof of the usefulness of their new tool.
As the guy above you mentioned, the prize is for progressing the field of physics, biology, math etc. not for knowing the field the best. They used an unrelated technology to advance those fields in a novel and significant way.
I wish that xkcd script could be true.
