Sounds like Idaho is an unsafe place to visit. Not that I’d want to go to Idaho anyway. Sorry for those living there.

I stayed in C’ouer D’Alene for a couple of days on my way back to Minnesota from Seattle. I didn’t get into banjouy parts.

Well, given that I live in Jackson Hole, Wyoming (Wydaho), I am biased for Eastern Idaho.

    Please, stop!

I don’t need them to give me any more reasons to not visit Idaho! I promise I won’t go.

I swear to christ these people are the dumbest motherfuckers, and nearly half the country is on their side.

The fact that so many idiots are falling in line with ignorant bullshit is just proof of how political advertising is insanely effective. The stance against vaccines is not a medical one - there is really zero debate there - it’s a political one based on feelings, surely a great way to handle medical conditions if you’re stupid, ignorant and incapable of even the most basic of critical thinking.

Opposite Jansen’s plea were more than 290 public comments, many of which called for an end to vaccine mandates or taxpayer funding of the vaccines, neither of which are happening in the district.

      Stupid stupid fucking assholes.

many people who spoke are nationally known for making the rounds to testify against COVID vaccines, including Dr. Peter McCullough, a Texas cardiologist who sells “contagion emergency kits” that include ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine

Ah yes, give a soapbox to the snake oil salesman. His opinion matters equally to the medical doctor.

I get bodily autonomy and why it should be a firm line you don’t cross (despite the same people thinking you should spend eternity in prison if you don’t want to be an incubator for 9 months or smoke a plant), but I really wish we could charge all the people that deliberately infected people with Covid by going in public without getting a simple safe shot with manslaughter.

I have a relative who works there, so I was given a more complete picture of this shitshow right after it happened.

The health district doctor who pushed for this, John Tribble MD, is from California - where his medical license (109949) was revoked, stayed, then placed on five years probation in April 2015, because of his anti-vax extremism. He eventually moved to south-central Idaho and joined a religious medical clinic. I believe he is still affiliated with it. https://heart2healministry.net/providers/

Conspiracy theorist guest speakers from other states presented to the board every crazy lie from their repertoire, including how the vaccine gives people Covid-19.

Many competent medical staff members, already alarmed at the toxic workplace environment, are now resigning from the health district.
