I’m pretty sure what is indicated is a startling cold spritz to one’s face or head. Sort of like people do with cats. Thing is it needs to be a shock/ surprise, so you may need to give permission to someone else to spray you. Then all of a sudden one has a water battle in an electrically powered wood shop, hrm…
