Looks like the poo emoji … does the artist think the small intestine is full of fecal matter? This image choice would have been more appropriate if she were blowing on his ass. Poor decision making, if you ask me.
I started thoroughly cleaning my bellybutton after my wife started digging her finger into it to get all the lint like a greedy dwarf while i was lying in bed.
