The same evidence that shows Democrats went too far left also shows the Democrats went too far right. Curious.

They could have won this by… doing exactly what they did? Brilliant! Like, where/when did you see the campaign focus on trans rights rather than the economy? I mean, I didn’t think her economic plan was all that, but at least I heard about it… I only heard about trans anything from the right, and it certainly wasn’t them campaigning on trans rights! Do you really think the Democratic presidential campaign was just Democrats talking to themselves about trans rights? I’m dying to know what media you consume!

You know what? I don’t think you have any idea about what Harris ran on, though it sounds like you’re aware of the FOX news caricature of her campaign. Which, honestly, puts you in probably about the same place as the average American voter.

You are right about the need to reach non-voters, but I’d include never-voters. Personally, I think the addiction to fat-cat money is the biggest obstacle to attracting old and new voters. I reckon it’s not easy to want to fix problems that major donors don’t want fixed.

If the left not voting leads to Democrats losing, you’d think the party would try to win those votes. Instead they campaign like they don’t need them. And well, I guess… the campaign advisors actually don’t need them, they’re gonna get hired to run the next campaign regardless. And the fat-cat donors are gonna stay rich regardless. Both ready to steer the next election!

It’s always “the left” that’s causing candidates to win by not voting, it’s never candidates failing to give them something to vote for. Or advisors and donors pushing the candidates towards positions that will cost them the election. It’s always “the left”.

But hey, she got the Cheney’s vote! And look, my swing state family’s as well. But Democratic candidates and policies need to go big, or they’re gonna keep being sent home. People voted for Trump for the same reason they voted for Obama - they absolutely want change, and 25K for a mortgage down payment ain’t it.

I wouldn’t bet that he ain’t cheated on all his wives.

When the feds show up to help and try to charge for it is when I’d be suspicious. Also, ain’t no southerners alive got experience being occupied unless they’ve come from some other country.
