    Sentencing now will be on Nov 26.

    It would be great if the convicted felon was kept in a highly secure facility from Jan 20 2024 until 2028, as he poses a clear and present danger to the USA, thanks.

    Realistically we’re probably more likely to see a slap on the wrist fine. I don’t envy the seriousness of the decision this Judge has to make, but chances are we’re going to see in a plain way, justice applied differently to the rich and powerful.

      I got time served and probation at 14 and my charge was a non-violent misdemeanor. No previous record either. I spent 3 days in juvenile detention under 24h lockdown waiting for court date too. I bet he didn’t get stripped naked for a cavity search either.

        Oh don’t worry, taxpayers can foot that bill on Jan 20 as an “official act” of “gratuity” (Supreme Court Air Quotes).
