Imane Khelif has lodged a legal complaint over reports that surfaced earlier this week and that claim to have evidence that the boxer has XY chrosomes. The Olympic gold medallist has suffered a barrage of online abuse since competing in Paris.

That is because you are the victim of a misinformation campaign. You are in a good place now to begin learning from reliable, vetted sources.

          That’s good.

Khelif was the subject of a misinformation campaign specifically targeted toward Russians to disqualify her from competing at a high level against Russian athletes. She is not trans, and has never identified as other than female. There is strong indication that falsified hormone tests were used to remove her as a threat to Russian boxers.

Khelif reached the final of the 2023 world championships before she was abruptly disqualified by the IBA, which cited high levels of testosterone in her system. The circumstances of that disqualification have been considered highly unusual ever since it happened, and Khelif called it “a big conspiracy” at the time.

She had previously competed without issues and was disqualified by the sport’s governing body only after she defeated Russian boxer Azalia Amineva in the 2023 tournament. The IBA is controlled by Umar Kremlev, who is Russian and brought in the state-owned energy supplier Gazprom as its primary sponsor and moved much of the governing body’s operations to Russia.

It’s time to do some introspection about the people and information you have allowed yourself to be surrounded by.

That’s the part that really gets me about all this… the idea that she’s trans or intersex or whatever… and fucking Tunisia would allow her to compete as a woman?

Why the fuck do people feel the need to so thoroughly attack her.

    Oh, right, probably just insecurity.

It’s weaponized bigotry. The right needs to create an imaginary enemy for their culture war. Also racism.

A lot of it is queerphobia because “I know one when I see one.”

Which is how cishet women are also victims of it.

Because she doesn’t adhere to western beauty standards and she beat up a white girl who does.

Just look at all the women in sports who were forced to undergo a gender test. The vast majority of them are not white.

Also that white girl had no place in the ring, she was severely over classed by Khelif. After the match she was crying how she never had that kind of beating she received from Khelif in the ring before. She was insinuating that Khelif was a man.

I wish that some uber geek could/would force every one of these self-righteous idjits to dox themselves, so that when Imane wins that case they can all be charged with and sued for harrassment.
